THRC is owned and run by Pauline Taylor, an HR professional with more than 20 years experience gained across a number of sectors including Utilities, Manufacturing, Engineering Consultancy, Public Sector and Financial Services. She has a wealth of experience in all aspects of HR particularly, Recruitment, TUPE transfers, organisational change and redundancy programmes. 

Pauline is BPS Level A & B qualified and a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
